Deputy CM Shivakumar of Karnataka states that the voters in Telangana desired a shift.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister Shivakumar declared on Sunday that the outcome in Telangana does not signify the success of the Congress party, but rather the triumph of the people of Telangana. Addressing journalists in Hyderabad, Shivakumar emphasized that the voters of Telangana were seeking a change.

Leaders from various states collaborated in Telangana to assist the Congress MLAs in winning the elections. The people of Telangana have endorsed the formation of the state and have shown their gratitude to Sonia Gandhi, he added.

Reacting to this, the BJP Karnataka President BY Vijayendra stated that a wave in favor of the saffron party has swept the entire country.

Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, he expressed, “People want PM Modi to reclaim the position of Prime Minister. The BJP is poised to secure a majority in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. People are prioritizing national security and are disregarding guarantee schemes that are designed to seize power at the expense of the country.”

Former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa in Bengaluru asserted that the BJP is well positioned to regain power in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. In Chhattisgarh, the BJP is leading, which will push the Congress party into a corner.
