Shah Rukh Khan Tops IMDb’s List of Most Popular Indian Stars in 2023
The superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been riding high on the back-to-back success of “Pathaan” and “Jawan”, leading him to emerge as number one on IMDb’s list of the most popular Indian stars of 2023. The list is otherwise dominated by female stars like Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, and Wamiqa Gabbi. Shah Rukh is now anticipating the release of his third and final film of 2023, “Dunki”, which is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and set to release on December 21.
Alia Bhatt claimed the second spot, having major success with “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani” and making her Hollywood debut opposite Gal Gadot in the Netflix movie “Heart of Stone”. Deepika Padukone played the female lead in “Pathaan” and had an extended cameo in “Jawan”. Co-stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi also feature on the list, as Nayanthara made her Hindi cinema debut and Sethupathi played a cop in the Prime Video series “Farzi”.
